Jan Spivey was diagnosed with multi-focal breast cancer at 39 years and underwent breast implant reconstruction with breast implants. After a decade of health issues and overall decline in health, she discovered her implants had been manufactured by a former implant salesman with no formal or technical training who formulated his own proprietary silicone gels and marketed his implants around the globe without an outer shell.
